Manage your company information and add a company profile image. To access the Company section, go to Profile > My Profile > Company.
Add account profile image
- Go to Profile > My Profile > Company.
- Select the icon placeholder next to the Company name.
- Drag & drop or click “Choose file” to upload your own image, or go to Gallery and choose one of the predefined images.
- Resize and position the image as desired.
- Click “Save profile photo”.
Company headquarters and branches
The company headquarters and branch information are displayed here. You can add one or more payment methods, as well as one or more bank accounts, for a branch or for the headquarters. This feature is useful for companies with multiple subsidiaries or branches.
You can configure different invoice sequence numbers for difference branches. When you add an invoice, based on the branch selected, the corresponding number will be displayed.
Configure the payment methods you want to make available to your payers. For Static payment and Pre-booking, you'll be prompted to select the bank account that you've configured in your Wallet. Bank transfers sent using these payment methods will go to the selected bank account. For Pay Now, you'll be prompted to select the currencies in which the customer can be invoiced.
When selecting “Pay now” as a payment method, you must add the payment configuration. The options available here will display the currency and the description for each code.
Once you've selected a value in the payment configuration for one branch, that value is disabled for selection in the current branch or any other branch. E.g. You cannot select "USD - Master Program" twice.
Add a bank account to start receiving payments through Flywire. You can add multiple bank accounts to support multiple branches.
Select the currency or currencies that the corresponding bank account accepts. This is the currency in which we will send your daily disbursement.
