The dashboard displays a snapshot of the organisation's financial health, receivables, and most recent transactions such as invoices sent, payments received, and payment notifications sent.
Depending on your user role - Admin or Regular - you will see a full or abbreviated version of the dashboard.
You can select any section of the Invoice Summary to view the corresponding list of invoices or payments. The Invoice Summary displays:
- the total number and the corresponding value of the invoices that have not yet been paid in full.
- the total number and the corresponding value of the invoices that have not been paid in full and the invoice due date has passed.
- the total value of payments that have been made in the last 30 days.
Use the "Create invoice" panel to quickly set up an invoice. When you select Preview, you will be taken to the Preview Invoice page where you can edit or add any information, or send the invoice.
Selecting "Add Invoice" next to the Invoice Summary takes you to Invoicing > Create invoice.
This panel displays your accounts receivable aging, a summary of overdue invoices in different time brackets:
- Less than 30 days
- More than 30 days
- More than 60 days
- More than 90 days
You can select any of the chart bars to view a list of overdue invoices for that time period.
This panel displays a list of the most recent actions performed inside the application by all users. Every line item from the list contains a link to the corresponding action, so you can click on any item to view more information.
This section provides quick access to the Invoicing Support Center.
